Objectives: What do we want to achieve by implementing the project
PDC's main objective is to make the management of Erasmus + consortia more efficient through the design of a digital consortium pilot kit (tools, guides, various resources, tutorials) and to encourage and facilitate transnational cooperation and mobility opportunities. In this way, we will help to promote and open up different forms of inclusive, eco-responsible and civic-minded transnational mobility opportunities to a wide range of target groups.
Results: What project results and other outcomes do we expect your project to have ?
The guides, tools, processes and tutorials will be digital, open, available in 4 languages & adaptable to other sectors, greatly increasing the potential impact & underlining the Trans sectoral dimension of the project. PDC will provide innovative digital solutions aligned with today's technology & needs, opening more opportunities.
Implementation:What activities are we going to implement?
Institutions are often reluctant to commit to a European project. They generally do not have the time to invest in creating a framework and models for managing them. The PDC project will create a win-win scenario by combining the development of key staff skills, via a digital training solution, with up-to-date and effective consortium management tools. As a result, they will be more inclined to get involved in transnational projects.
