
Managing Erasmus+ Consortia
Welcome to the website of the Erasmus+ PDC Project. Chartered in 2024 in France under the Erasmus+ Programme 2021-2027, PDC is a Cooperation Partnership for Vocational Education & Training, KA220 - Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices.
Managed by the ‘Fédération Régionale des Maisons Familiales Rurales d'Occitanie’ & a consortium of 5 partners, the project will last 24 months until October 2026. PDC promotes ways to make the management of Erasmus + consortia more efficient by designing a digital consortium pilot kit (tools, guides, various resources) and thus promote transnational cooperation and mobility opportunities.

Dublin, Irlande
In 2024 in Ireland, the project management strategy (PMS) will be validated, which includes strategies for monitoring project quality, financial management, risk management, communication, promotion, and exploitation. Additional strategies focus on equal opportunities, digital tools and learning, multilingual outreach, green practices, and sustainability of project results.
There will be individual meetings between partners and the project coordinator for Work Package 1 (WP1) to address various project components. Workshops will be conducted for project staff to enhance digital skills, utilizing platforms such as Dropbox, social media, and developing a YouTube channel. A community of practice will also be established for vocational education and training (VET) staff on EPALE.
The first newsletter (NL1) is set for completion, and brainstorming sessions will occur for Work Packages 2, 3, and 4 following the review of their implementation strategies. These strategies will be finalized, and tasks will be divided into sub-working groups. Design and Development (D&D) efforts in sub-working groups will continue for WP2 and WP3, with tasks across WP1, WP2, WP3, and WP4 required before the next checkpoint (CP4).

In 2025 in Spain, there will be face-to-face meetings between project partners and the project coordinator. Individual meetings will also take place between partners and the coordinator specifically for Work Package 1 (WP1).
Workshops focusing on digital skills for project staff will be held, teaching management of meeting rooms and options for multiple participants in Zoom. The second round of Internal Quality Assurance (IQAE2) will be conducted.
Design and Development efforts in sub-working groups for Work Packages 1 and 2 (R1 & R2) will progress, and the second newsletter (NL2) will be finalized. Additionally, tasks across WP1, WP2, WP3, and WP4 must be completed before the next checkpoint (CP8).

Braga, Portugal
In 2025 in Portugal, individual meetings will be held between project partners and the project coordinator for Work Package 1 (WP1). Workshops aimed at enhancing digital skills for project staff will include training on image and video editing using Canva.
Preparation will take place for a Community of Practice (CoP) on WhatsApp, alongside individual Internal Quality Assurance (IQAE) meetings with Digitalset, the IQAE coordinator. External evaluator meetings will also occur under the External Quality Assurance (EQAE).
The third Internal Assessment of Quality and Evaluation (IAQE3) will be conducted, along with partner meetings for EQAE. The finalized French version of the pre-test will be approved by consensus in both R1 and R2 working sub-groups. Additionally, focus groups will be prepared, and tasks across WP1, WP2, WP3, and WP4 need to be completed before the next checkpoint (CP11).

In 2025 in France, individual meetings will be held between project partners and the project coordinator for Work Package 1 (WP1). Digital skills workshops for project staff will focus on computer-assisted publishing.
The fourth newsletter (NL4) will be finalized, and feedback will be gathered from focus groups. Collaborative work in sub-groups will address internal evaluation and corrective measures for R1 and R2. The finalized test versions for R1 and R2 will be completed in French, along with initial translation tests for both R1 and R2.
Preparation will also take place for the testing phase and the virtual TLA1/Evaluation workshops. The fourth round of Internal Quality Assurance (IQAE4) will occur, and tasks across WP1, WP2, WP3, and WP4 must be completed before the next checkpoint (CP14).
May 2026

In2026 in Portugal, individual meetings will be conducted between project partners and the project coordinator for Work Package 1 (WP1). Digital skills workshops will train project staff on using social media platforms for live streaming, along with techniques for lighting, sound, and imagery for conferences.
Meetings will take place between IQAE partners and the IQAE coordinator, as well as between EQAE partners and an external evaluator. Internal evaluation and refinement for R1 and R2 will occur, leading to the implementation of corrective measures.
Following the testing phase, the translation for R1 and R2 will be finalized, and the final versions of R1 and R2 will be produced in the respective languages of the partners. Additionally, tasks across WP1, WP2, WP3, and WP4 need to be completed before the next checkpoint (CP17).
September 2026
Visit
France & Conference
In 2026, in France and during the French conference, various activities related to Work Package 1 (WP1) will take place. Individual meetings will be held among partners to discuss administrative documents, financial management, including partner financial reports, timesheets, and meeting receipts.
A workshop will focus on updating Dropbox by each partner organization. Evaluations will include the final reports from Internal Quality Assurance (IQAE) and External Quality Assurance (EQAE). Another workshop will be dedicated to completing the final progress reports from the partners.
Additionally, partners will prepare dissemination reports, including indicators and validation of results, with the fourth newsletter (ready for distribution after TM6) being produced. A workshop will also address updates on social media and related indicators.
